NOTICE: For reasons of quality and high occupancy, from 18 December to 8 January inclusive, access to the lounge will be 3 hours before the scheduled flight departure.
Access to Cibeles VIP Lounge
Ticket purchases are valid for the Cibeles VIP lounge (Terminal T1, level 2, boarding area). Lounge reserved for passengers with a boarding pass for terminal T1. Period of validity of the purchase: three months after purchase date. The maximum stay in any of our VIP lounges is four (4) hours, immediately prior to the scheduled flight departure time indicated on the user's boarding pass when entering the lounge. In the event of flight delays, this period may be extended by the length of the relevant delay.
