Purchase your passes with ease

Request your Meet&Assist service via our website, indicating the date and time for which you need the service. No charge will be made at this time.
Our team will check if there is availability

If there is availability, the service will be charge and you will get a confirmation email. The Meet&Assist agents will contact you by phone to specify the meeting point. If there is no availability, you will get an email informing you of the situation.
Go to the agreed meeting point

You must arrive at the meeting point at the agreed date and time and identify yourself to the Meet&Assist personnel, who will escort and assist you at all times, except during your stay in the VIP lounge.
