Access to Meet & Assist VLC
Exclusive service for passengers with a valid ticket. The purchase must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Once the purchase has been made, Meet & Assist agents will contact the client by phone to arrange the details and meeting point and the date and time of the service. The user must arrive at the meeting point at the agreed time and identify yourself to the Meet & Assist personnel, who will escort and assist you at all times, except during your stay in the VIP lounge. The provision of the service will be generically limited to a maximum of three hours. In the event of any delays to flights, this period may be extended by the length of the relevant delay.

Our team will check if there is availability
If there is availability, the service will be charge and you will get a confirmation email. The Meet&Assist agents will contact you by phone to specify the meeting point. If there is no availability, you will get an email informing you of the situation.

Go to the agreed meeting point
You must arrive at the meeting point at the agreed date and time and identify yourself to the Meet&Assist personnel, who will escort and assist you at all times, except during your stay in the VIP lounge.
