We invite you to enjoy exclusive service at our airports with our Meet & Assist personnel’s exclusive welcome and escort service during your departure, arrival or transit.

Access to Meet & Assist LPA

Exclusive service for passengers with a valid ticket. The purchase must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Once the purchase has been made, Meet & Assist agents will contact you by phone to arrange the details, meeting point, and the date and time of the service. You must arrive at the meeting point at the agreed time and identify yourself to the Meet & Assist personnel, who will escort and assist you at all times, except during your stay in the VIP lounge. The provision of the service will be generally limited to a maximum of three hours. In the event of any flight delays, this period may be extended by the length of the relevant delay.

    Nuestro equipo comprobará si hay disponibilidad

    Si hay disponibilidad, se procederá al cobro del servicio y recibirás un correo de confirmación. Los agentes de Meet&Assist se pondrán en contacto telefónicamente contigo para concretar la cita. Si no hay disponibilidad, recibirás un correo informándote.

  • Localizacion

    Preséntate en el punto de encuentro acordado

    Deberás presentarte en el punto de encuentro en la fecha y a la hora acordada e identificarte al personal de Meet&Assist, que te acompañará y asistirá durante todo el tiempo, excepto durante la estancia en la Sala VIP.
